Our Thought-life reflects our life; the life we see. For instance, you can’t have wars raging inside of you and reflect a peaceful life. Emmet Fox mentions the “Mental Equivalent”. Our life is merely a reflection of our thoughts. That being said, the main problem of the alcoholic and addict centers in his mind rather than his body. We must learn to build a thought-life in which we can live free. Am I paying attention to the thoughts that I hold?
